San Francisco Dykes on Bikes ("we," "us," "our") are committed to maintaining privacy protections for our patch-holders, prospects, interested parties, and users of our Website and other services (“you”) by adhering to this policy. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and disclose the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using and accessing our Website https://www.dykesonbikes.org/ (the “Website”); when participating in the charitable programs, monthly rides, (educational) events, volunteer opportunities, fundraising activities, communications, and related services that we provide or support; or when otherwise providing us with your personal information (collectively, our “Services”).
Scope
This policy describes how we collect and use personal information from our patch-holders, prospects, and individuals interested in becoming a member of or contacting San Francisco Dykes on Bikes. As stated in our Terms of Use, incorporated herein, this Website is not directed to or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use our Website or Services. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. We may disclose your Personal Information with and among our third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work, including Printify to complete your purchase order and Mightycause, Square, or Venmo to process your payments for merchandise or donations. With our affiliate chapters or related entities. We may share your Personal Information with our affiliate chapters or related entities, which are controlled or under common control with us. Any such affiliate or related entity will also adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We do not currently use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website.
