Instructions for registering to ride with the SF Dykes on Bikes Women's Motorcycle Contingent in the SF Pride Parade
Download the form using the link below. Fill out the form and mail the form and a check to the SF Pride Office (address information is on the form). Registration is $15 if received before June 26 and $20 thereafter.

- PRINT CLEARLY
- FILL IN ALL INFORMATION
MOST MISSED INFO:
- LICENSE PLATE NUMBER
- DRIVER LICENSE EXPIRATION DATE
- INSURANCE POLICY NUMBER
